Xichi Electric provides a training platform for college students

Recently, Xichi Electric has built an internship training platform for more than 300 prospective graduates from the school-enterprise partners Xi'an Jiaotong University and Xi'an University of Technology, providing social practice opportunities by combining "online training and offline practice".

On June 29, students majoring in electrical engineering and automation from Xi'an Jiaotong University came to Xichi Electric Production Base to visit and study. Under the leadership of the company's senior engineers, they visited the company's core product production lines, and through exchanges and learning, they learned about the technical direction and characteristics of the products, the structure and technology of key components, and how the R&D personnel systematically promote the products to meet the market demand. Subsequently, the carefully arranged operation and practice sessions for the students combined theory and practice, which were well received by teachers and students.

On July 1, Xichi Electric arranged a content-rich online practice training course for more than 160 students majoring in electrical engineering and automation at Xi'an University of Technology. Three senior engineers from our company provided training for the students around the company's products (Soft starters, Variable frequency drives and Power quality devices), covering product technology and industry application knowledge, and interacted with the students online.

On July 5th, Mr. Huang, the deputy general manager of our company, combined with his rich practical experience, explained market analysis, product development strategies and corporate marketing strategies in simple terms to more than 100 students from the Department of Business Administration. Let students combine the theoretical knowledge they have learned with products and markets, and implement them from abstract concepts to practical applications.
