Structural characteristics of power distribution cabinet

1. The structure of the switchgear cabinet is a general-purpose cabinet, which is manufactured with high-quality cold-rolled sheets. The frame is assembled with 8MF cold-drawn section steel by electric welding. The frame parts and channel steel skills are added to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet.

2. The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the basic principle of the control module, and have 20-mode mounting holes, which have a high universality index, which reduces the production cycle time and improves the work efficiency.

3. The design of the cabinet takes into account the problem of heat removal during operation. There are different total number of blind heat exhaust holes on the left and right sides of the cabinet. When the heat generation in the cabinet reaches a certain amount, the heat generation increases and is discharged according to the upper blind holes, and the cold air is continuously filled into the cabinet from the lower blind holes, so that the The airtight cabinet generates an air flow channel from top to bottom to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

5. The hinge of the cabinet door is connected to the frame with a drive shaft-type theme movable door hinge, which is convenient for loading and unloading. 6. 7. The cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, which is convenient for the installation and adjustment of the main busway on the spot. The four corners of the cabinet are equipped with hooks for hoisting and transportation.

Applicable conditions of electrical distribution cabinet

1. The ambient air temperature should not be higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24h should not be higher than +35℃.

2. For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.

3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C, and a larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C. Occasional condensation effects.

4. The inclination of the vertical plane should not exceed 5 degrees when the equipment is installed.

5. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and shock, and in a place that is not enough to cause corrosion of electrical components.
