On February 10, we held the 2026 Annual Conference under the theme “Together for Growth, Setting Sail for a New Chapter.” The event brought us together to reflect on the past year’s achievements and look ahead to the opportunities of 2026.

Chairman Xu Geping and General Manager Song Tao reviewed the challenges of 2025, including economic pressure, industry restructuring, and intensified competition. Despite a complex external environment, XICHI delivered stable and solid performance through unity, resilience, and focused execution. They expressed sincere appreciation to all employees for their dedication and contribution.

The conference included an awards ceremony recognizing Outstanding Employees and Outstanding Grassroots Managers for their exceptional performance. Their achievements reflect Xichi’s commitment to professionalism, responsibility, and continuous improvement.

Interactive team-building activities further strengthened collaboration and reinforced XICHI’s culture of unity and shared purpose. A symbolic “Set Sail” ceremony, in which employees and leadership jointly launched a model ship, represented the company’s determination to move forward together toward new goals.
