CMC-HX Soft Starter Technical Characteristics

1. Closed-loop thyristor control function, designed for standard loads and heavy loads.

2. Ten types of loads built into the product parameters for user selection.

(centrifugal pump, hydraulic pump, axial fan, centrifugal fan, belt machine, compressor, crusher, mixer, ball mill, thruster)

3. Modbus RTU communication is standard. Optional Ethernet / GPRS communication module, convenient for users to connect to the network control, improve the level of automation and reliability of the system

4. Power frequency 50/60Hz self-adaptive function, convenient for users to use.

5. Strong anti-interference. All external control signals are isolated by photoelectricity, and set up different anti-noise levels to adapt to use in industrial environments.

6. With two sets of basic parameters, it can control two different power motors respectively.

7. The operation panel can be led out through the body interface to realize remote operation.

8. 10 times fault can be recorded. Easy to find the cause of failure.

9. The whole process of detecting current and load parameters, with microcomputer protection functions such as overcurrent, overload, underload, overheat, phase break, short circuit, three-phase current unbalance, phase sequence detection, frequency error, etc.

10. All refractory materials. Flame-retardant ABS and zinc-plated material processing, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant.

Special note: If client needs keyboard box to be externally placed, it is necessary to order the mounting accessoriess from manufacturer. When keyboard box is externally placed, it needs to lock the mounting fittings of external keyboard box onto door panel with its hole size of 115.5(H) * 104.2(W).
