The XPQ-Enhanced Active Power/Harmonic Filter is a special equipment for power harmonic control
It has the functions of ensuring power supply reliability, reducing interference, increasing equipment life, and reducing equipment damage.

Advantages ofXPQ-E APF 

1. Comprehensive compensation

It can realize the three functions of harmonic control, reactive power compensation and three-phase unbalanced current regulation, and comprehensively compensate for power quality problems.

At the same time, the three functions can be combined and prioritized according to the load environment and needs.

2. Wide filtering range and fast response

2-50 harmonics can be compensated at the same time, or a specific harmonic can be selected for compensation, and the total current distortion rate after compensation is less than 5%.

The harmonic current detection algorithm adopts the efficient TTA algorithm, which is fast and accurate, and truly achieves a full response of 10ms.

German original IGBT module, three-level topology.

American TIDSP control chip and ALTERA and CYCLONE 3 series FPGA chips constitute a powerful three-core control system.

TI's double-ended high-speed input 12-bit A/D data conversion chip makes signal sampling more accurate and reliable.

4. Efficient heat dissipation

The structural design of layered heat dissipation makes the air duct independent, better heat dissipation performance, and effectively isolates dust and other pollutants.

5. Independent fan, detachable

The fan can be disassembled and assembled independently, which is easy and convenient to replace and enhances the reliability of heat dissipation.

6. Modular design

Various capacity modules can be combined arbitrarily to improve the reliability and maintainability of the whole machine.

7. Human-Machine Interface

It adopts a high-resolution 5-inch LCD liquid crystal display touch screen to measure various operating data of the product in real time and change the control parameters online. The operation is simple and can be controlled remotely through the mobile phone APP.

 

Applications of Active Harmonic Filter

Active harmonic filters can be widely used in distribution networks of industry, commerce and institutional groups. Such as: power systems, electrolytic plating enterprises, water treatment equipment, petrochemical enterprises, large shopping malls and office buildings, precision electronics enterprises, power supply systems of airports/ports, medical institutions, etc.

These places contain a large number of nonlinear loads, and harmonics are generated by nonlinear loads.

Common typical nonlinear loads are:

1. Soft starter (SCR motor starter);

2. Switching power supply, UPS, inverter components, battery chargers;

3. Frequency converter;

4. Electronic data image equipment-such as radio transmission equipment such as TV, controllable lighting equipment;

5. Rectifiers, fluorescent lamps, etc.

3 kinds of Harmonic Compensation scheme

Solution 1: Centralized compensation

Centralized management of transformers, compensation of harmonic currents and reactive currents on the public bus, to ensure safe operation of the upper-level network.

Suitable for occasions:

Where the number of nonlinear loads is large and the power of individual loads is small.


Solution 2: branch compensation

Filtering is performed on the branch circuit with large harmonic content in the power grid to ensure that the harmonic current of the branch circuit does not flow into the common bus.

Suitable for occasions:

Where nonlinear loads are concentrated in the same branch circuit.


Solution 3: In situ compensation

Local compensation is performed for the load to ensure that the harmonic current does not interfere with other equipment.

Large capacity nonlinear load.
