GCS type low switchgear is characterized by high breaking and connecting capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong practicability, novel structure and high protection level.

The products meet the standards of IEC-1 "Low-voltage Complete Switchgear and Control Equipment", GB7251 "Low-voltage Complete Switchgear", "ZBK36001 Low-voltage Withdrawable Complete Switchgear", and others.

    • product description

    • GCS switchgear is a versatile low-voltage power distribution device commonly utilized for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems.

      This low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is designed for economy, rationality, and reliability. It features high breaking and making abilities, good dynamic and thermal stability, and flexibility.

      The main structure of GCS is similar to that of MNS, with the main busbar at the rear. Unlike the MNS, GCS utilizes a 20mm drawer modulus (25mm in MNS), and the drawer features a propulsion mechanism for easier and more flexible operation.

    • Installation Environment

    • ● The ambient air temperature should not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35℃;
      ● Indoor installation and use, the altitude of the use site shall not exceed 2000m;
      ● The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C. However, higher relative humidity levels are allowed at lower temperatures. Consider the impact of occasional condensation caused by temperature changes, for instance, 90% at +20°C.
      ● When installing the equipment, ensure that the angle with the vertical plane does not exceed 5%. Choose a location with minimal vibration and where electrical components are not susceptible to corrosion.
      ● Users can negotiate with the manufacturer if they have special requirements.
